Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

This tasty and easy side dish is a compliment to any meal.



Servings: 2 to 4

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 45 mins


What you will need:

  • 15-20 Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 to 4 pieces of Bacon

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • 3 cloves of garlic



Preheat oven to 400 and wash the brussel sprouts.


Cut brussel sprouts, cut off tips then cut in half.



Chop the garlic.


Put the brussel sprouts and the garlic into a medium pot of water.



Boil the brussel sprouts for 20 mins until they are tender.


Drain brussel sprouts and garlic.


Cut the pieces of bacon.



Put in brussel sprouts and garlic into baking pan, add salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Then add the cut bacon.


Bake for 25 mins or until bacon is crispy.


Drizzle with the balsamic glaze to finish.
